By entering or using Rough and Bumble KC LLC (“the Facility”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Facility.

2. Admission and Supervision

2.1 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.

2.2 Adults are not permitted to play on equipment designed for children.

2.3 Admission is subject to capacity limits and may be restricted during peak times.

3. Safety Rules

3.1. Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

3.2. Socks are required for all guests in play areas.

3.3. No outside food or drinks without prior approval.

3.3. Report any accidents or injuries to staff immediately.

4. Waiver of Liability

4.1. Use of the Facility is at your own risk.

4.2. By entering, you release Rough and Bumble KC LLC from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses, except in cases of gross negligence.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1. Admission fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.2. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Behavior and Conduct

6.1 Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund.

6.2 Respect other guests and staff at all times.

7. Lost or Stolen Items

7.1. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

8. Health and Hygiene*

8.1 Guests must be in good health to use the Facility.

8.2 Do not enter if you or your child show signs of illness (e.g., fever, contagious conditions).

9. Photography and Media

9.1 By filling out the waiver, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you notify staff otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted at the Facility and on our website.
