Party FAQs

All Packages include 12 kiddos – Birthday kiddo is not counted toward your guest total! Additional guests can be added for $10 each.

We sure do! We have 4 high chairs available for you to use plus 2 kid size picnic tables that seat 4 each.

Yes! You can bring any food, drinks & dessert. Our cafe will be open, drinks & snacks will be available for purchase as well.

We allow table top decor, backdrops, banners, & balloon garlands. We do not allow anything to be taped to our walls.

You can pay the remaining balance the day of your party. If you would prefer to pay ahead of time you are more then welcome to do that as well.

You are allowed to come in up to 30 min for set-up regardless of whether or not there is a party before yours.

We do not use or offer helium for any of our balloon  setups.

You sure can! We ask that you give us a full week notice if you would like to upgrade your party package. Once the party is booked you can not downgrade the package.

Anyone that is entering the play area will be required to remove shoes & must wear socks. If your guests choose to stay in the cafe or party room, they can leave their shoes on.

Absolutely! You can drop off your party decor up to 48 hours early, & your party host will sprinkle the magic for you!

Taxes are added at checkout. Tips are never expected but always appreciated for our hardworking team!

We’re flexible with food & snacks during your party! We just ask that cake, cupcakes, & gifts be saved for the last 20–30 minutes to keep the play area frosting-free.

All kiddos entering the play area must have a completed waiver. Parents may choose to drop off their child at your party, but please note that the hosting parents will assume all liability for them.
